LEARNING FROM THE HAPPIEST AND HEALTHIEST ON EARTH
Lack of physical activity and social isolation has been leading to a growing number of medications being prescribed to people around the world.
Many people do not go outside let alone engage in any form of daily physical activity. And this is leading to an overwhelming number of people leading unhealthy lives and feeling disconnecting from their community.
Which is why we are learning from traditional Japanese "moais" (mo-eyes) and meeting for a common purpose to support the physical, social, environmental, and spiritual wellness of the community.
Sometimes change starts with an individual, but change can occur more efficiently when we come together.
The power of community to create health is far greater than any physician, clinic, or hospital.
