Companies like Google are spending millions of dollars on techniques to get there employees to slow down; finding that by incorporating stress reduction techniques, such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), allow their staff to drastically increase productivity while creating a happier work environment.

After you have given gPause a shot, let us know if it made you feel any more relaxed.
At Remedy Hike we love that companies like Google are turning to, and are tuning in to, the need for integrative approaches to manage stress. Because stress reduction is such an important topic to discuss, we have made it the focal point of our September hikes.
By taking these techniques outside, we are upping the ante. We can stress (geddit?) mindfulness by noticing what the air is like and asking ourselves how it feels on the body. Is it warm or cold? How does the warmth or chill feel on your body? We can pay closer attention and turn our focus to the plants, their colors, and natural aromatherapy.
Sound like something beneficial? Join us on a hike this month and you will have armed yourself with a number of techniques to reduce stress.
We will always be disappointed that a group of squid isn't called a squad.
Remedy Hike is on a mission to change the way we think about our health. We hike for change. Because we see Health Outside the Ordinary.
