Bygones Are Bygone With Ions And So On...

When is a positive a negative and a negative a positive?  Well, when it comes to ions! 


As most of us become evermore reliant on our electrical devices, research has show that the positive ions released by these devices interact with us physically... leading to increased levels of stress, lower serotonin levels, poor sleep patterns and (even worse) bouts of depression. 


Certainly, we are not throwing our smart phones and TVs in the trash bin any time soon. So, what can we do about it!?
