Now if you're still not quite ready to figure out how to meditate on your own, join Remedy Hike this Saturday for a guided meditation. We will let the expertise of our health educators lead you through active mindful meditation where you can connect with your peers, and further the discussion on men's mental health... all while getting a (Mc)super-sized dose of being present!
We will always be disappointed that a group of squid isn't called a squad.
