Mindful Mental Health Through Meditation... Is A mmMouthful

Meditation has gone viral thanks to specialists like Annelies Richmond, an international teacher of personal development, meditation, wellness, and leadership programs for the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association for Human Values (IAHV). 


And for good reason! A recent study on meditation showed that it was able to alleviate stress-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder and depression, because of the way it affects the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest system).
